the swing movement

The Swing Movement formed September 2006 on the brow of Ilkley moor out of the ashes of various juvenile projects. Merely a year later the band had toured Belgium, played Leeds Festival and sold out shows at local Leeds/Bradford venues such as The Cockpit and The Love Apple. Since then they have reached new levels. 2008 saw them play the In The City festival in Manchester, support a host of acts ranging from Yeasayer to Team Waterpolo and an airing on one of Match of the Days esteemed montages.
